my guess would be:
1: Having to lift up their legs too high?
2: The bike seems like it would be stronger with the top tube matching up against the rear part of the frame. |

| You know, you just may be right on that. When I stripped the frame to paint it that top tube was brazed in and the others where welded! I bought that thing at Deer Park from a friend so he would have enought gas money to get back to San Jose, the good old days LOL. |
