I drive my Thing to work when the weather is dry and bright.
It's been that way for going on two weeks now.
Tonight, after work, I stopped by the local brewery (location to remain unknown... essential in a boom town).
Mid way trough my second ESB, I was presented with a blue boa and told I deserved it for what I drove, my '73 Thing.
The only way to lose it was to be complimented and kissed my someone.
Happily that happened not too long after wearing the Boa.
I drove my Thing home. Happily. |

When I drive my Thing around town, all I get are bug splats... Maybe the bugs just want to get a closer look? Unlike the general populace that only care about trucks and cameros! |

My Thing is Olive Drab (Military Green) so the looks I get are different than those of you with "Pumpkin Orange" and that one yellow color. _________________ '73 Thing

Naw, gave up that for the Tiger Orange.
I hadn't thought that you olive drab lot would be treated different. Do people assume you've got a .50 cal stowed in the boot or something? |
