I mounted up 15" polished Empi's. Used 215/75 tires.

I bought mine from a old high school buddy that owns a tire/rim shop here in Orange county. Empi's shop is not but a few miles away but they do not sell to the public.

Since you are in Canada I would check out the sellers in a Hot VW magazine, most retailers there ship all day to homes everywhere.
Have you asked any local tire shops if they can order rims?

I think it is a standard 6" by 15" rim. They were very very common rims for the last 30 years or so and only made for VW's so I think there is little choice on them. I do think there is a 5 1/2" width as well.

On this same note does anyone have a suggestion for better looking replacement wheels, but at the standard 14" wheel size?
