Im not sure what the difference in 55s and early 60s seats but you might be able to have them fabbed.Some somewere i wished i could remember but they turn highbacks in to lowbacks.good luckbk63

got a set of 63 low backs, all disasembled, decent condition, some welding on the cross bar on the back. $100 for them, do you need the frame rails also?
ill take some pics if you like. i think the seats are identical to the 55's but i cannot confirm that.

52(Late)-55 and earlier seats are different from 55 and later. The seat rails on a 55 and earlier car are flat so the seat frames are different to make up the hieght. If you put later style seats on a early style pan you will always be wondering why you keep sliding forward off the seat...

See how the frame gets narrower as it moves towards the front of the seat? That the differenc between early seats and late. This is a picture of a late seat.

find me 1 split seat and I will trade you a pair of 55 seats. I just need one split seat but I have a complete spare pair of 55's.
