how can i getread of this big gap at the top of the door?
is it ment to be attached?
can i rivet it to the frame?

Do you have any other pictures... especially where the header bow attaches to the windshield? It looks like you've got a gap there (far right edge of photo). If the header were tight to the windshield frame that gap should close up.
