That "quote" was a complete fabrication made up by racist Southern segregationists in the 1950s to discredit the civil rights movement by making it sound like a "commie plot" to destroy the white race. The idea that Jews were using "negroes" as muscle to destroy the white race is straight out of Klan propoganda. An investigation was done at the time and there was no such book in existence. Also, there were no communist parties in 1912 let alone in England. Several countries had socialist and social democratic parties that contained communists, but communist parties per se did not form until after the Russian Revolution of 1917. Even in Russia, you did not have a formal split until after the March Revolution.

Communism has been around for the longest time though maybe not as an organization per se. Nothing new but certaintly quite alive today and mostly well within the democratic party. Plenty of their most prominent members are card carrying. Believe it or leave it.

Actually, it's Socialism and they've been introducing it incrementally for a while now. Everyone wants something for nothing. Free healthcare. Welfare. Everyone touts Canada's healthcare system, but few know they take it out of thier paychecks. Nothing's free. You just pay more for it through the government with it's built-in inefficiencies. We didn't learn anything by watching the old Soviet Union. Or present-day Europe.
Everyone's gonna vote themselves 'perks'. Until finally the last hard-working, innovative people leave for friendlier waters. BTW, the United States is already plummeted to 6th place worldwide on freedoms. Google it. All the good steel (4130) already comes from China, where they don't have so many stifling environmental laws to deal with. We won't be manufacturing anything here soon. God help this country.
