Low Profile 135's are available on Smart Cars, and are Continentals I think. About a 135/65 IIRC.

Those are low. I'd destroy them the first time I drove the Cross Bronx Expressway with them. There's goes $4000 worth if rims in the trash Wink

look for coker's website. You can get just about anything from them if it's tires you are looking for! They even have Michelin 135SR/15's.. Nice tires, Nankangs are basically copies of them. But they are nankangs.

The 145/65s are the smart car front tires. The rears are 175/55.

Tirerack.com has them both, the 145s for 55 each and the 175s for about 85.

Taking all the guess work out of it for you, just click here.

The 145/65 willbe about .2" shorter than the 195 and should get you the look you are going for.

This tire is also interesting. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp?width=1...unFlat=All
I think I will try them once my 145/65's wear out.

I second the 165/45. The ride is a bit rough when compared to higher profile tires, but the look is right.
