Ford 5 x4.5 to vw 4x130? adapter?

i picked up these wheels, that id like to put on my kit car...

i saw a ford adapter, but didnt notice that it was to vw 5 bolt. any insight?

yea called thoes guys, they only do adapters from the same bolt pattern number of bolts...lame
