|
|
I have been working on this project for about 6 months now...it took me a long time to gather all the right pieces. The most ironic thing about it was the fact that the seats required the most rare/expensive Lego pieces. (Some pieces were upwards of a dollar each!) Middle Seats really do have some nasty karma!
I hope you all enjoy:

How many pieces is that? The Lego beetle is around 1600 pieces. |

| Nice work! Your Bus is about 100 times better than the Beetle that Lego themselves designed! |

I would buy one in a heartbeat for ME! I LOVE building Legos! AND I bet Legoland here in Carlsbad would make a big version! _________________ '67 Beetle

| I really dig the engine compartment. I tried building a virtual Lego bus online but gave up after a few hours of work. Nice engineering! |

Very nice and hard work!
Do you have de M-code??
Well, do you know the scale? I don't know if it would fit into my brother's lego city...

Wow, that took some dedication. Looks eff'n great. Def need to contact Lego and see if they'll make a kit since you already did all the hard work. _________________ Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation eff' leans on the doorbell!

Every Piece is LEGO. I would be flamed from the lego community if not. (Non-Lego-Part-Using = Non-Stock-Restoring) _________________ "Come on over...and we can work on it together." |

Did you use any glue or is everything stuck together Lego style? Would be cool if the Lego purists/nazis couldn't criticize it (I entered a Lego competition once and I had cheaped out and used a few Tyco blocks plus a few drops of glue, they disqualified me from the competition and hid my creation at the very back of the show). Nice work _________________ Check my classifieds for kewl gauges:

they get broken off and are missing on real life buses all the time so no big deal. would be cool to add some Lego lighting if they still make it, maybe a Lego electric motor too _________________ Check my classifieds for kewl gauges:
