I want to put some 18in x 7 1/2 on my 59, the et is 40. My question is will I have to narrow my front beam or will it be ok with that ofset without rubbing.

Yes, you'll have to narrow the beam and probably end up having to play with spacers too. 7.5" is wide, especially for an 18. Yeah it's only a half inch wider than what we normally like to do but that half inch makes a lot of difference.
