This was at Bugout 59 in Manassas. I have a little shitbox of an engine in that car now, but the 2332 will return, biggerstrongerfaster.

Enjoy the wife commentary, shooting down the 5 year old who wanted to bogart the camera. No, she's not redneck, don't get all excited, cause she was playing it up.

Here is one goofing around soon after that engine was built, still being tuned.

This is my old motor. Still building the new one. Ignore all the missing tinware and chrome fan shroud, the new motor will have the proper parts.

Here's a video clip of some dyno runs on my old '62 Beetle. The engine at the time was a 2332cc, FK89, Jeff Denham 46x37.5 race heads, 11.5 to 1 and more stuff inside.

Link

Watch at the end of the second pull at the tailpipe. The sensor goes flying! Laughing The last pull with the fan was the no-belt pull with the 44mm venturis.

Seeing and hearing this again really has me charged up to get that engine back together and running!

Jeff, those heads rock! Wink
