I'm still thinking about buying that 63 panel,But the guy seems like an arse on the phone,I also found that panel that was in the woods in Quebec, not much left,I got the mplate, dove blue block off,and the gas door,The roof was crushed, rear hatch and side doors were so so,and front bumper was also good, just didnt have the right tools for the job

OP, that bus wasn't originally a panel, was it??

I didn't think Panel's had the vents on the upper half in the rear.

I find that strange as well.According to the mcode:

211 Seating for 9 people (double sliding doors)

Panels would not have had this would they??

Panel
211 Cargo doors right, left hand drive
Tim this bus must have started its life as a panel, then someone cut windows into it. That seat that is in there looks like a soft green seat you would find in a PG/SG bus.
Too bad everything wasn't in better shape

Just a question on the 211,how come when I look under the mcode it reads 211 Seating for 9 people (double sliding doors) am I looking at something else?Yes it would have been nice to find it in 1974 when it was put there, wait a min.I was not even born in 74 or even before the windows were busted out.It probaly does not help it right near salt water as well.
