well I replaced my shift rod bushing and put a rebuilt tranny in. now Im putting the shifter back on and getting things together again.

My problem: When I took my shifter off, I didn't pay attention to the reverse lock-out plate and how ot os to be reinstalled.

I know there is only one way this thing will work when installed.

Can someone describe which way this plate goes on? I don't know if its backwards or upside down or anything....

Pics?
Thanks

The ramp goes on the right. Pic of my '74...that blue tape was put down before removing the shifter so I'd get it back in exactly the same place. Top right corner of the pic is the front of the car.
