| Great destination. I'll be there...and believe it will include my whole family of 10. If that helps toward the 150 count.. so be it. |

Likely since air-cooled VW events during July and August is pretty dumb* for both car and driver. Too damn hot!

I'm already planning on it, again I'll bring my girls as well as Ed and Kaitlin, to aid in hitting the 150 mark. _________________ OGST

OK!!! This one I can do. Thank GOODNESS!!! I will probably be bringing two type 3's (me in one and the future Mrs. Jimmynotch in the other). I might even have my step daughter in a type 3 bodied go cart by that time. _________________ Jim in Sacto -

Excellent choice on the location.
Lots of photo opportunities, and the attractions in the area (Seven Falls, Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, etc.) are amazing.
I'll really try to make it to this one, moreso than I really tried to make it to past Invasions. _________________ 65 & 71 Squarebacks. |

It'll be the FIRST. I was thinking about getting the T-34 ready to go, but I might take Krusty instead, since he's an Invader. It have to admit, it's pretty cool that that car has gone to 3 Invasions, and came back from them as well. Only minor issues this time around, and nothing to speak of at the other 2 Invasions. Plus, I like how that car rides, and just WANTS to cruize swallowing up those highway miles like nothing. When you put 16.5 hours almost non stop on a car, it tells you something. Plus it gives me time to fix some of the body work I'm not really happy with. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Speaking from experience from when I am down at sea level, bring a variety of jets to play with. Manitou sits at around 6,500 feet. _________________ '64 1500 'S' with sunroof
