A Vintage Volkswagen Car Show
Sunday, July 25th, Lavallette, NJ
Philadelphia Ave. & Bay Blvd., At the Park by the bay.
pre 1980 Classic Volkswagen Cars and Buses may enter.
VW Campers of any year are welcome also.

Car Registration between 8am and 11am
spectator judging from 9am to 1pm
Awards presented at 2pm SHARP!
Early awards to beat the shore traffic home.

Arts and crafts show across the street.

Just found my way back to the air cooled world. Haven't been to a show in years, but I am looking forward to this event. Got a new 79 Riviera camper I am starting to restore, and can't wait to meet up with some contacts in the area.

This is the one show I never have trouble getting the wife to come along too. The beach seems to be a big draw.

Thanks for the kind words, Jack.
I thought you guys did a great job with Punchbuggy.
Despite the near record temperatures, I had a great time.
Lets hope the thunderstorms don't hit us this year.
I'm not cancelling this show for any forecasts.
Burned by the early thunderstorms last year.
I watched them evaporate from the radar, leaving beautiful weather and a cancelled show.
Not gonna happen this year...

It's was called off that morning because of huge Thunderstorms rolling in. They did roll in that day, but 3 or 4 hours after the weatherman said it would. Damn weatherman, never get's fired for being wrong.

I would love to see that car. You might find a local buyer, lot's of beach folks come by the show, there is a craft fair across the street.

I don't know, I tend to make plans one day and drop them the next, so I try not to get anyone involved.
