I ordered an NOS Engine Seal for a Bay Window Bus from Richard. What I received from Richard was a strip of foam that looked like it was cut from old bedding. I e-mailed him several times with my dissatisfaction. I eventaully decided to have my money refunded. He said that I would have to pay for the shipping AGAIN . After he ripped me off on $10.00 shipping the first time, which was double the actual shipping cost. I don't think he is a fair seller, as the product was misrepresented . He is very difficult to deal with. I would never deal with him again. I would take this into consideration before you choose to deal with him.

This is Richard Gardner & i want to set some facts straight about the NOS seal i sold Karl. Not only was the part described correctly but there was also a close up picture - so it was described & pictured exactly as it was - it was not misrepresented in any way. Even after his personal attacks on me i still offered to refund him his full purchase price if he sent it back & he chose to keep it. As for his false statement that i charged him double for shipping i drive 11 miles to mail his package + what i spent on labels & tape ETC. He got a bargain but just wants to complain. I wish i had sold the seal to someone who would have enjoyed it.
