Two smaller radiators could be integrated into the rear cowl laying down. Cover with some black mesh..............

Looks great!
I'm not completely sure about the rad setup. My buggy has the rad in the rear and I keep two fans running full time and barely get by. This summer I plan on mounting a 3-core heater core to the front of the car as an auxilary cooler since the only time I really have cooling trouble is running at 3000rpm in 4th on a 100degree day. Also my air/fuel ratio is a bit off, my plugs are done and I really needed an oil change so that's probably adding to the problem.

You might be alright though, you're rad's aluminum and looks to have multiple cores, the only thing I'd be concerned about is having the dual mufflers beside the rad which might surround the area with too much hot air. Also you're going to be running a supercharger which means the engine will be running a little hotter.

I love the curved windshield but I would not do rectangular headlights, it just doesn't fit a car that's all smooth and curved IMO. Maybe graft in some euro style headlights from any production car similar to what the Mojave bodystyle does with chevy avalanche headlights?

I had thought of and tried the Chevy truck headlights circa late 90's but they are just too long. Going with the rectangular one's allow me to get a set of Euro Cibies - excellent for output. 'Sides, they wont be seen. Smile

I'm not worried about the rad at all. The core is originally for an Explorer V8 with the tow package...and I know about the air flow. I made the side tanks a bit bigger so as to follow the lines of the body - it was built more for esthetics first. I'm still going to be adding a nice size fan and shroud. I made one nearly identical (tad smaller) for my 400hp 240SX and I'm sure the fan rarely, if ever, did turn on - that was with an intercooler and the A/C condenser still in front of it. The lines to and from will also be aluminum and I'm still toying with putting a small core on the back wall (behind the seat) as a makeshift heater.

Oh and there will be heat shields between the mufflers and rad...

It should look good with what ever you use for headlights. The Mojave buggy headlights look way out of place on a buggy IMO. The roundness of the buggy design begs for something that flows into it.

My point is that you are receiving sound advice from people regarding the lack of adequate cooling achieved when trying to rear-mount a radiator. The turbulence at the back of a buggy is not conducive to good airflow; the airflow changes as the road speed of the buggy changes.

I'm not going to try to convince you to change your mind; it's your buggy & I dig the progress thus far. I'd simply hate to see you retrace a path that others have tried & already discovered poor results.

I wish you the best on what appears to be a great build - my only concern is the airflow issue on radiator...

What do you think of these?? Going a different direction with the headlights. HID's with leds as the turn signals (the ring of dots out the outside)

I'd say that dash is about as "clear" as you can get!

Just curious here. It looks to me like that steering wheel will be in your lap pretty tight Shocked I assume you sat in the seat there to line it up though but it sure looks tight.

All built to suit me...the wheel is all the way down and the seats are in a 2 inch deeper floor section.
