That looks like your basic 25hp manifold (not a K manifold) which are not that hard to find, and the ignition wire tube that may be 25hp (can't tell in pictures), also not too hard to find.

Better pictures, some sizes of the openings, etc. might get you more help.

I'd guess $50 or so for the whole works as is without knowing more.

For my own information, is the 25hp spark plug wire tube different than a 36hp one?

I know the clamps are different as they have the welded-on nuts instead of just using sheet metal screws. I believe these are early 36hp too (through 54 at least?) but corrections welcome on that.

Ev, there is more information about the tubes in this post:

And about the clamps here: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4250879#4250879

I am pretty sure that on the 25hp ones, the "flare" at the ends is about twice as big as the 36hp ones. The one in this thread looks like 25hp.

As for the intake, if it is a "701", it would be worth maybe $150-$200 IMO, *IF* the heat riser tubing isn't paper thin and clear. With the wire tube, maybe another $25, but I'd need to see how deep the rust pitting is. If the HR isn't usable, then it really isn't worth anything.

If it is a 701E, (36hp) then maybe $50 if it is real clean.

Just my opinion.
