Cris is honest, and helpful. I just bought a NOS fender....and just wanted to say for the next buyer that the primer looks much better in person than the photo. It has the weep holes and smaller mounting hole 3rd from rear and tail light holes look perfect for my 67. This combined with the half hex cut outs on the arch rim, and its smooth fat lip, which can be seen in the photo,.....I do not know how it could be more evident that this is original German.
Cris's honesty was clear and reassuring throughout our transaction and shipping process. A real pleasure. |

i got the nos bumper blades i knew they had some pitting when talking to him on the phone but sounded like they werent all that bad, i feel like this seller made item sound better then they really were. when i received them one bumper that was already polished and it had pitting on it much worse then seller discribed. the other "nos" blade i got polished out ok and will work for now.
thanks, jake _________________ 58 euro vert

I purchased a PGSG OG paint rear hatch from Chris. The item was described and packaged well. Also it was priced fair.
I would not hesitate to buy from again.

It looks like he has lots of positive feedback, so I won't be too harsh as maybe he didn't know. But I purchased an original VW grille for a Rabbit that was supposedly in "excellent shape" "Just needs to be cleaned and it will be like new, no flaws."
However, there are two broken mounting tabs on the bottom, a chunk missing out of one of the fins, and the aluminum trim is all dented.
There was good communication and the grille was well packed, I just feel like he wasn't quite honest with the condition of the part. |

I wish you had contacted me directly, I would have worked with you about any defects. I honestly missed them, should have looked better. This grille came with others, and they were all in good shape. Next time this happens, try to talk things over with the seller first; you will have more chances of getting a refund, partial refund, etc. that way. It is so simple, yet you opted to send bad feedback publicly without giving me a chance to make it right. I have several other grilles like this one and would have sent you another one, at my cost...Always think twice before hitting the bad feedback trigger, it is a powerful tool and you need to be sure that what you are doing is just. Not everyone is out to get you.

I posted honest feedback, good and bad. I also emailed you about the grille and I never got a response. Even if you sent me another grille at your cost, I still would've made the same post only added that you opted to send me a different grille.
Also noticed another posting about an item someone got that wasn't quite exactly as described, so I figured I should probably note it too. Not everyone wants to deal with returning an item or trying to negotiate a refund after they purchase what is suppose to be an excellent part.
If you read my post, I wasn't just lashing out, I said maybe you didn't notice the damage, posted what the ad said and posted pictures of what I received. Sure no one likes to see someone say something negative but only you can prevent it from happening. Make sure you know what you're selling and the actual condition it's in before claiming it's in "excellent shape and no flaws." |

The only news I ever got about the grille being defective was through your public feedback, hence my disappointment.

I will be more careful about this in the future. I am sending you another grille in the mail on Monday.
