2 presidents, one of them re-elected...
how many rights did we give up to the cause?
how many BILLIONS of dollars?
how many HUNDREDS of our military men & women's lives?
gee... was it worth it?
yeah, I know, he's responsible for several attacks agains the US and our allies, including 9/11/01.... but I can't help but feel that this seems like a hollow victory for us...
and I'll bet that still none of our men & women are coming home from the middle east any time soon...

The fact that its over now is enough to celebrate. All of the searching and fighting, there's now a light at the end of the tunnel. And being the brother of a soldier, I know the fear of weather or not someone you love may be deployed. Sure, it took 10 years to do it, but he's gone now. None of this will ever excuse or pardon all that have died in the wake of 9/11/01 or the fighting in the middle east, but now there's at light at the end of the tunnel..its now a matter of waiting and seeing where this goes.
