I am thinking about putting a center console in my flat screen superbeetle.
This way I could put an stereo and a couple of speakers in it. Besides I could move the AFR and CHT gauges out of my glove box.
I have four posche gauges in the dash so there is no place for more gauges or a stereo.
I would like you post your center console pictures to get a clearer idea of how it looks in the car

This is a refurbished FOHA console, an accessory that was available in Europe in the 70s. Have it in my VW 1972 1302 (superbeetle).

Doesn't get much cheaper than home made.
If I made it a bit wider it would fit a stereo head unit no worries

Yeah it's pointless trying to keep the inside of my cars clean when I live on a farm.
Next interior is going to be all black. _________________ Quick little bug, you got a Porsche motor in that?

Joel, do you have dimensions/plans for your console. I am looking to build my own as well and having some measurements to start with would be nice.

Hopefully Lobotomy is reading this, I sent him the measurements and diagrams but have had to clear my PM inbox since then but I'll get the dimensions again if we don't hear from him. _________________ Quick little bug, you got a Porsche motor in that?

Wow, excellent camo, you can barely make out the console with that scheme. |

Joel, If its not too much trouble, could you send me a copy of those also? I'd sure appreciate it.

Hey Joel,
May I add my name to the list??
I really like your console and it would be easier to build if we had the measurements.
