Hello! I'm posting few more pictures.
Finally i sprayed some paint in order to prevent corrosion this winter.
Also cut the tail lights holes, and put engine on place! I want to start it those days at least to run time to time. It was 2 years resting since it was rebuilt.
Tail lights holes done.
Engine rebuilt, yes i'm going to change exaust! hehe.
Very crap lights, all plastic, the ad pictures didn't match what the seller told me,  all i want is find some original ones, and throw away this pair!

those ar DP heads installed with a small carb and manifold, very similar to SP ones. there is a small adaptor between flange on head side and manifold.
i've seen those engines also with small diameter 12v generators and cable operated choke carbs. |

I can barely see the adaptor. So is the SP manifold shorter? |

Sorry people, i didn't saw all these comments. First of all, can you explain me what SP/DP means? remember i'm a newbie with just 26 years old! 
Carb is "Caresa", a national brand. When i found this bus it had a german Solex 28 mounted on it. The engine was not running, lot of things missing and play everywhere. Was rebuilt, and my mechanic found this carb and told me about. Here is hard to find some original solex, and this Caresa is the replacement.

I think they are refering to the SP being SINGLE PORT, and DP= double port intake for the carb.

She is my sweet helper, Negra, nobody in the world have seen her tooths, even if you pick a piece of beef from his tray when she is liking it.
Every morning runs to meet me, like saying "Hello! Can you please scratch my belly?" That's how i start my day of work in the bus.
She likes to sleep under the kombi, will be the first passenger i'm sure.

I got rear floor stamped!
I made it from 18 gauge steel, is looks really strong, i thing more that necessary. Did I it with correct gauge or it should have been done in 20 gauge?

My pans was not pressed but bended, i think there is no minimum gauge thickness anywhere, i suppose that's what it looks very heavy.

Somebody gave me this peg (left one), i don't know from what vehicle is it, it's almost same size, but little bigger and angle on tracks is little different. I measured about 79º by hand on OG peg, in picture it is like 80º, but i trust in hand method because is possible the cam lens distorts the image.
I'm going to give it a try on lathe and see the results.
