Back at this again..found some front wheels to match..painted them to match the rears, just need to swap the tires on these rims.

Hey EMPIImp.
How does this beast ride? Im mostly interested in how you like the twisted link pin front end.
Just wondering, cause I'm building a rail too, and I am thinking about twisting my beam and beefing it up. Granted, I will be moving the stop on mine so it isn't preloaded so much, but still...I just don't want it to be too much, ya know? Someone once told me they will push bad in corners if they are to stiff. _________________ Berrien 295

I didn't do the cut and turn but its pretty damn stiff up front especially with the dual shocks. It was made for some jumping..it rides ok and corners decent, but a nice pair of suspension seats would make the ride a little smoother. Do you have any pics of your Berrien rail? _________________ 1969 Empi Imp #1325

I do have a few, but nothing is put together yet. I just got home for the summer, so I will be around a couple months to tinker with stuff. It is a very slow build. My build is the link in my signature below.
Glad to hear that your rail takes the corners alright. That makes me feel better about cranking my front torsions around a little bit. I, however, won't have the stop in the stock location like you do, so that might help cut back on the stiff feeling. _________________ Berrien 295
