so nice...i can't wait to get my oval back to its orignal Prairie Beige. seems it was a not a popular color back then.

Last Thursday installed new rear main seal and abarth style muffler.
Drove it Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs
Friday installed the Fram by-pass filter then drove it...

Saturday Drove it to our clubs show.

Mines a 56 that's Nile Beige but it looks very similar to this color and my cars gonna look identical to this. Same wheels stance everything. I was curious on how the black rag would look as mines a rag also. I was thinking brown but I like the black. I was stumped on interior choices so I was curious on what you wre gonna do. Looks real good keep posting the progress. Yours is alot further along than mine.

they're just dirty, the rear ones are really in good shape, the front ones could use some re-chrome plating, but they're not shot either. And I have to give them a nice coat of black in the center to all four of them.

built a 5" beam for the '57 today. need to finish weld it. just have it all tacked together for now

Drove it to work in the rain, because I can. Well the truth is the diesel is broken and my oval never lets me down. 4k miles on it this year alone, one day it will be pretty.
