made a mold for the gas door. this will catch the water so it does not get the inside wet. I cut this off of a Mazda Miata and made a fiberglass mold from it. Now I can add a drain tube at it's lowest point. Need to make a gas door next.

Great Job Man!
I'm trying to go for the finned aluminum look as well. I have a couple pieces that you have there, but, not all the pieces... _________________ ~X-Man~

Started to install the side pods. This is a backing flange for the side pod to bond to.. I also installed new linkpin/king pin and dropped spindles...Any body have an extra clamp glad I have a wood shop.

I installed the side pods just have to wait for the 3M panel adhesive to dry. Then I will be fiberglassing them on. I will be taking out the screws.

I was going to either put a fake vent in or run my exhaust thru them. They will be raised , i will be making a small pod on the side . Or that is the plan. _________________ 73' Bug
