Looks like the parts of mine that I hit with the wire wheel. But the mag tarnishes super fast. Did you spray something on there to protect it, or are you planning on painting it? |

I'm just using some basic tools. most of all just hamer and dolley/sandbag but sometimes also the english wheel and shrinker or stretcher! _________________ Oval bug '56 "Marie" (*resto*)

You painting this winter? |
Thanks, probably around Mai next year... That's the goal... We're moving into our new home at that time as well and then I could move the oval to his new homs as well after painting! _________________ Oval bug '56 "Marie" (*resto*)

some progress of today and last saturday... didn't work out like it should but OK we made some progress so I'm happy
made some sheet for the side of the "trunckpanel" (don't know the english name for it )
a small hole...
the sheet goes in...
starting on the sheet for the inner fender;
and some shaping with the english wheel...
fitting is almost OK, needs just a litlle bit of work;
that's all for now! _________________ Oval bug '56 "Marie" (*resto*)
