So, bored on Saturday and decided to drive up to one of those little towns with a bunch of antique shops. Found a couple things.
First is this pair of Salt and Pepper Shakers, the only other ones I can find online are white and black with "chrome" bumpers, these are both a light brown. One has a sticker on the bottom that says "Selected for the Design Centre London", One has three holes in the back window, the other just one, both have corks in the bottom for refilling.
Next thing I found while I was there, same shop even. Is this ADAC badge, one piece, light metal.
Then on Monday while talking to one of the guys about my weekend, he said, "Hey, I got one of those badges, You want it for your bug?" This one is two seperate pieces bolted together, the bird is cut out, and the piece behind it is just solid black that shows through, both pieces are brass.
Anyone know anything about this stuff? I know that ADAC was pretty much a the equivalent of AAA over in Germany, so rough age on these badges would be cool? The shakers I know nothing about, other what the sticker kinda leads me to believe that they are originally from London..... Wouldn't mind knowing the value of this stuff either. _________________ My Oval Project

Are the ADAC badges curved or flat?
They look flat from the pics. _________________ DHC

The first one is flat, the second one that is two pieces bolted together is convex.
Just perused ADAC's website, looks like the first one is pretty much what they sell now adays... still, new they are 35 euro _________________ My Oval Project
