| Fantastic stuff. Thank you for sharing!! If Sacramento is now your home you should look up Tom Mink. He knows a thing or two about old Commercials. |

I highly recommend you do Bulli as well- great fun and great folks. I have never seen so many old splitties in one place at one time. It also falls on an epic weekend with three major VW events- Kip's, Bulli Brigade, then Bug Jam. A better weekend is truly hard to come by
Thanks to all who went along with me for the journey- and good luck/safe travels to you, retroman. You won't regret it. _________________ April '59 dove blue single cab, coast to coast run Dec 2011 -

Thx. Have driven vws cross country before
And it's exciting. 72mph flat out on the bumper
Of a semi in a rain storm. But that was in 1966!
A boy older and smarter now. My only worry
Is the wife. (spoiled). Hope she does not read
This. |
