Barndoor jack and tools, picture and info needed

I have been searching this site for a picture or info on barndoor jack and tool but no luck. Does anyone have a picture of an Barndoor jack and original toolbag with tools. And what would be correct for a june 53.
I see alot of VIGOT jacks but they seem to be 55 and up.

Is this what Im looking for?

Since they use the same jack in all mauals allso non BD they cant be trusted, Im thinking the VIGOT jack could be correct from some year.

Someone thinking they have the original jack for the car?
