It's time to replace the leaking valve cover gaskets, but what other items will I need to get that will also need to be replaced in the process of doing that job? I was thinking there was a gasket that gets ruined when taking off the intake manifold, I think??

Where is the best place to purchase the items at?

Ditto and 8v or 16v? VR6? There's reusable rubber valve cover seals available too for 8V (here).

There's a gasket between the upper intake plenum and lower. Might as well get that one too in case it tears. Other than that, just the v/c gasket.
