I got a 4 pack of this as a XMAS present from a buddy. It's pretty yummy, and I happened upon more of it when I was out today.
It's called 'Allies Win the War!' from 21st Amendment Brewing.

 | It's a coalition between Ninkasi of Eugene, Or. and 21st Amendment of San Fran. and it's brewed with dates. I thought it was pretty good too but didn't get much of the dates. _________________ John Bates

Big, spicy, hoppy. 6.6%, 55 IBU's, lovely red color. Sierra Nevada made it happen with this awesome beer. But I'm a sucker for RyePA's. _________________

Today I stood out in the cold with long-roofs and ate chili out of a paper cup while drinking Miller high life, poured from a can into a red solo cup. It tasted much better than it sounds. We also got to watch people ride sleds down a hill into giant bowling pins, and teams of four race around cones while pulling an igloo doghouse. It was the Spirit Lake Idaho winter festival.
Good times.
When I got home I had a Wassail, and I am now suffering the wrath of the chili cook off. _________________

They brew a Coffee Stout at Right Brain, CEO Stout. It's very popular.

All this talk of coffee stouts, I had to go find some Cappuccino Stout from Lagunitas (9% ABV) Super yummy and I don't even drink coffee.

If you like the Firestone keep an eye out for Green Flash Brewery's (San Diego) Imperial IPA. You will be very pleased. _________________ -Tom-

Has anyone tried the new sierra Nevada monk/abbey brewed series? I would like to try it but I can't bring myself to spend $8 for a bottle of beer _________________ 1970 standard baja, roller.
