Wet Sanding Single Stage

How many coats of my Delstar Single stage sould I put on if I intend on wet sanding and polishing out the entire body?

That depends. If it is a metallic color, forget about wet sanding it. You'll just ruin the paint job by exposing the metalflake. If it's solid color and you do a decent job of applying it, the usual 3 coats should be OK.

I did 4 coats and it was awesome. I used PPG concept acrylic urethane.

remember better to add an extra coat than to sand through the paint.

I would suggest at least 4 coats. A/E doesn't have the same film building characteristics as urethane. It really depends how it is coming out as you spray it to make a good judgement call.
