Had to find random front floor metal so we could have a floor, gas pedal and shifter. Trans out in the snow, hope it's good. Test drive tomorrow AM. _________________ ---

He has a tranny, but we don't know if it is good yet. The tranny I got from you will be the last ditch effort to get the flying green turd over to the West side. _________________

It feels like last minute work, and much of it is, but things have been happening for a few weeks. If I lived closer, I wold have been in Eric's shop every night hammering away.
Eric works best under pressure. _________________

I just heard news that I need to fly to San Diego on Saturday. My grandfather, a WW2 vet (marines) had a pig valve installed in his heart two weeks ago, his body is rejecting it. He is at home and on an oxygen tank and on serious asprin. He seems to be doing ok at the moment. I was really looking forward to meeting all of you whom I have not yet met. I am really bummed. Drinking german bier and BBQ swaping stories out in the boonies sounds fun! Have fun everyone! Someone please drink a prost on my behalf. |

I'll tip one for you, and Grandpa. Though you will be missed, family is more important.
On a side note, my mom has had a pig valve in her heart for 15 years, and is doing quite well at 72. It does work sometimes. _________________

Sorry to hear about your grandfather, hope it comes out alright.
On a side note longroofs has been trying to replace his entire heart with a pigs heart after years of a steady diet of bacon.
Alex (clarkston) if you need a home for your former tires let me know, I have a loving home waiting for them on some 5/59 bus rims _________________ Just a metric nut living in a standard world |

looking out the window has me thinking. i was ok with rain x but this snow would be a deal breaker. not so much because of the cold but the lovely way it clings to the windshield requiring "wipers" _________________ 1958 custom camper

The snow will be gone tomorrow.
30% chance of rain Saturday, high of 49.
There is only a 10% chance of rain on Sunday, high of 55.
Should be nice!
I don't think it gets any better for the PNW in March. |
