Terrific coin in the right place. Mid-Atlantic (around Philly and New Jersey) or Florida you're looking at huge resale. Anywhere else you probably can't give it away with a cash bonus to just take it.

I like the look and the 40 ford front ends not to mention the bug pick up.

The replacement Super fenders featured in that ad look pretty snazzy actually.

Dave, I'm really interested in the hood scoop set up you have. I'm a big subaru fan and I'm about to start my first project car. I've decided on a beetle. Because of my love for Subaru's, I'm looking to do a VW/Subaru mashup and make the Bug look like a hybrid between the two (sorry if this offends some purists!)

How did you go about making the hood scoop? I plan on setting up a TMIC like my STi has and thought a scoop might be too ricey but thought about the new WRXs which have a more sunk in scoop. Its less prominent, just like this hood scoop.

tl;dr what was the process to modify your hood like that?
