All I saw was a real pretty redhead posing, a gold and black baja body, a RC car and a few other pic's at random.

Looks like you've got a bit of work ahead of you. What are your overall plans for the car?

Pictures are good, but a description and pictures is the best way to get a response.

What is it?
What all are you doing to it?
Where did you get it, is there a back story about it, (like a family car, given to you free, traded something for it)
What is your intentions for it? Mild off road, racing, hill climbing, street?
What engine is in it? What do you plan on doing with the engine?
Are you going to put a roll cage in it?
Are you doing anything with the suspension?
Are those your sons helping out?
What color are you going to paint it?
What rust repair have you done?

Tell us about yourself and your car. That gives us something to suggest, reccomend, deny, compliment, snub our noses to.

ok good call..
I bought the car for $900. The motor is a stock 1600 for now next year buy a h/p motor. No roll cage. The car will be baja little bit maybe just fields playen. Yes those are my boys. Also everything is just stock shocks. I got disc brakes on the front those are nice. Those seats came out of a Hyundai Tybron kinda kol, got a really nice stock bench seat for the back. Also have a gauge cluster where the speaker goes tach, head temp, oil pressure, voltage. Painting it the same color the middle of the front seat. It will be done mid April fingers crossed....

I like the quad headlights. The disc brakes are a really good first modification. You will like them even more when you put the higher HP engine in it. Stopping is the most important thing.

I hate the new photobucket. The pictures now are too small to see much.

Looks like your baja has been converted to IRS rear. What size tires are you putting on the rear? Which IRS do you have? AH or AT (code on pass side of trans forward of the axle flange, just below the 113 XXX XXX VW part number). A 4.12 ring and pinion is decent for off road if the tires are not too big and the driver does not rawhide the gear box.

AH is a 4.12 ring and pinion
AT is a 3.88 ring and pinion
