Anyone know where I can get the fuse for the radio? It's really small and I can't see any indication of what type it is. Mad It's about half the size of a normal round glass fuse.

Any guess what I can ask them for? The wiring on the bus looks stock as the connector has a flat screw drive to pinch the wire to the case. The fuse is about 2-3 cm long.

The factory radio for a North American delivered bus looks like this unless it's got one listed on the M plate:

You most likely have a dealer installed Motorola or Bendix (sometimes called Sapphire) find it here and see what fuse it requires: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/radios.php
Most radios of the era used something between a 1.5-5 amp fuse, if you can't find one at Canadian tire you may have to upgrade to a modern inline blade style fuse holder.

1968 Motorola Sapphire IX

That is the one that is in the van... looks to be a AGA 5Amp fuse?
