Think maybe that interior is april 56 and 57?
A little bit unsure if leatherette in early 56 got colorcoded piping, in cloth the piping was colorcoded up to march 56, white from april. _________________ I got a historic car, every scratch got a history...

Here we go again How much is your budget? Cloth vs Vinyl? What level of "perfection" do you want to achieve? Are you going to fit/install yourself?

Ask this question and you will NOT get a definitive answer. Not being harsh, but everyone has an OPINION as noted with gimmeshelter's. With the above videos you can at least see the interiors. so, FWIW it's generally held that Lenny Kopp's WCCR interiors are the top of the line quality product. Sew Fines are next and TMI are for those on a tight budget and are probably the easiest to install. HOWEVER, look at Schwing's build thread and you can see the potential horror of dealing with them, but others will chime in that they had the same problem with the other suppliers. When I finally get around to redoing my car, I will cough up the dough and go with WCCR vinyl. Primarily due to them providing the piece along the B pillar and between the rear quarter panel and rear window. Let me conclude that IF one elects to go with TMI, to get anything even remotely close to accurate as in the smooth sided panels/door cars it's a special order. In dealing with all of these suppliers, it has to be made clear to them exactly what you want. |

| Shane1914-Whichever supplier you go with (and I'm assuming by what you said in your last post you'll be going with Lenny's WCCR interior) know your car and what interior it should have (there are little variations as Kjell Roar noted) and work with Lenny to get EXACTLY what you want, it may cost even more, but it will be worth it. I'd also recommend that IF you go with his kit that you might want to have a shop install it. Have any more questions, don't hesitate. Please post some pictures of your ride when its back and when the interior is complete! |

Thank again for the info. I have emailed Lenny and I have already got a reply.
The first thing I will need once the body is back is a complete wiring harness, what are your thoughts on that? |

| The good wiring harnesses for ovals come from Wiring Works and almost everyone sells the same one. |
