I hate to post this but I feel that I've been patient enough. I ordered a Ragtop Wind Deflector from Bret on 1/24/2012 and payed 70$ via paypal (they were listed for 70$ then). Transaction # 24V66392GT8032235. I waited 2 weeks and received no shipping confirmation. I emailed Bret who replied with a paypal email that stated my item had shipped but had no confirmation or tracking. I waited a few more weeks and called Bret three times and left messages with all my info and "to please call me." After sending several cordial text messages 3/19/2012 he sent me a text saying that he was in the hospital and would be out 3/21/12 and would check on it and get back with me. I have sent 2 more messages today and haven't received any word. I hate to do this knowing Bret has had some health issues lately. I just want this matter resolved.

Still no word from Bret about my Ragtop wind deflector. I have called, left messages, private messages and sent txt messages....still no answer.

| I talked to Bret on 3/1/12, and sent him a bank check on 3/2/12. The check was cashed on 3/7/12. I still have not received my wind deflector. I have tried calling and Emailing Bret, with no responce. He's quick to talk to you to get your money but not to quick to talk went he doesn't send the part. Not a good way to do business. |

| I e-mailed Bret on 2 Mar 2012 for a rag top deflector and sent him a bank check on 3 Mar 2012. The check was cleared on the 8 Mar 2012. I did not receive a tracking number or receive the rag top deflector. I e-mailed him on 27 Mar 2012 and again on 5 Apr 2012 and receive no response. |

After Everett sent Bret an email on my behalf I received this PM 4-1-12
"Hello Grant,
I will check into it. Im in the hospital right now. I had bone grafted into my jaw and got a bad infection will have to have a 3rd surgery this week. I have a tracking number at home and will have to find out whats up with it when I finally get home. I will go ahead and send you another one. if you happen to get two (which doesnt seem positive) just write RTS on it and send it back. I hopefully will be home wednesday/thursday- keeping my fingers crossed. I just had the other half bring me my laptop tonight to keep entertained, sorry for the delay- I wasnt ignoring you. - Bret"

You guys should relax. He's no crook and has a history of health problems as clearly posted in this feedback thread. Most people who sell here do it as a hobby and real life crap gets in the way. A little bit of understanding is called for in situations like this. I mean, really, what do you expect him to do? Hobble out of the hospital with his IV so he can check on you wind deflectors?

I totally agree with that as I know he has health issues BUT when people look at his profile and can see almost every day that he has logged into the site "Today" but he has not responded to their emails, I can totally understand their frustration.

4/21/12..Another week and no wind deflector. Bret has been on here several times this week. His ad has been deleted or suspended.

If he's got health issues and can't make it to the post office, that's understandable.
However, if you can't make it to the post office, deactivate your ads!!
Don't enter into a deal you can't follow through.

He did not respond to me but I noticed he deactivated all of his for sale ads.
I deactivated the rest today (wanted ads) due to the issues above.

10 more days and no Wind Deflector. 5/24/12 will be 4 months since I paid Brett. Buyers beware.

4 months and still no wind deflector and Brett logs on to this website almost daily. If Brett was a stand up guy he would contact me and get this resolved.
