I don't know if I ever got one of those pics. Kaleb or Eric might have one.
BTW, that phone is still wrapped in cellophane from the merry pranksters one night in my driveway. They wrapped Scaper's shoes and Eric's entire barndoor. Rascals.
The phone is awaiting it's place in the "new" 57. _________________

Bays aren't all that bad... I love all air cooled VW's... hated selling it, which I did this weekend and then bought this 67 Kombi! _________________ '57 Beetle

This is the brief story behind the 67 Kombi. My buddy saw this sitting in a driveway on route to his GF's house, for 7 YEARS! He never stopped to ask if it was for sale.... you always gotta ask.... if they say no... go back and ask again! The owners mother-in-law said yes. My buddy bought it since I am broke, I helped him tow it, worked on getting it running and some brake work. The whole time I was jealous, but happy for Jeff since he always wanted a bus. Greed was inevitably corrupting my mind! Convincing him to sell, I had to take a loss and sell my 78 bay camper... but the 67 looks better in my line-up! _________________ '57 Beetle
