I just love following your trails! No guts to take a trip crossing the border... but my excursion south is about to begin, if I can just get the damned passenger window put back together today. _________________ 1971 Westy 1600 SP, Pertronix dizzy... and a 2x4 bumper cuz ya'll keep takin the 71's

Cross the border into Baja...it's fine. There's so much to see down here and at a fraction of the cost. The people are nice, the weather is hot and the beer is cold. Glad you like the videos. _________________ ============================

As a filmmaker its inspiring to see stuff like this. Glad the bus makes such a good tripod. Really enjoy that last shot with the reflection of the shops in the bus. Keep them coming!

Best tripod ever. hehe A lot of those shots are using a GoPro 2 and the other shots are with an HF-S200 from Canon. I dare say the GoPro takes better vid sometimes with that cool looking fisheye feel. I have a wide angle adaptor on the other camera that I might shoot without for a few days to see what kind of a difference there is in quality. Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you enjoyed the vid. Feel free to drop a line with criticisms or suggestions any time.

I didn't have any shot of La Bufadora in this video but there is one in a previous video. It's at my website. Glad you enjoyed the video and it brought back some good memories. Maybe it's time to head south again. Don't believe the nonsense from the government about travel advisories. I haven't had an issue since arriving. _________________ ============================

Hey Scott, Thanks for the images, it was a pleasure to spend the morning with you in San Quintin at that fantastic campground. No reason for that but the son is watching me type this and said 'oohooh, press this one'.
Scott is telling you true, Bay Window People, it is fantastic down there. People are kind and gracious, if the crossing itself worries you cross at Tecate. Even the immigration officer, whose job description includes surliness, was nearly nice, he just couldn't help himself.
We'd love to run into you again, not sure what's up for summer yet but some more time on the pacific side of baja is on the table. I've read up on Ken Dryden and see he is indeed tatoo-worthy

Margie and Strummer say Hi
Dennis
Thanks for the post Dennis. Was great hanging with you guys as well. I posted your photo, below, on my Facebook page and got many thumbs up over the relationship between Strummer's name and Joe Strummer. Hope we can hang again sometime and that one day you can upgrade to a Bay Window. ha ha
Nice work on getting your hockey learn on. Yes, Dryden is a legend. I'm still getting strange looks at that tattoo though. _________________ ============================

Nice family portrait and yes the vw is a family member. I'm pm'ing my email perhaps you'll cut loose with a full rez version. Actually I used to have a 72 bay, think it was called the Western Edition, fantastically ugly factory paint job. I liked balancing carbs. I do sometimes have thoughts of selling the wife's practical honda for a squareback .
My fave bit about Dryden is his stalling a pro career to go to college and then using that education post hockey.
