I am replacing the original rear speakers with new ones, but want to use the original grills.
I have the original speakers out of the cabinet but cannot find a way to remove them from the speaker grill.
Any thoughts that make it easy? |

type 'speaker for the front' under search for vanagons, great write-up there
I followed the procedure, you need a flat blade screwdriver, just twist the blade along the speaker edge and the glue releases - as in the write up, no problem
I replaced mine with 3 1/2 inch Infinity Speakers with excellent results
