Just recieved my shipment from aircooled, was a long drawn out order (hard to find items) but I was kept up to date along the way with clear communication, very happy with the quality of the parts recieved.

I've recently been ordering lots of parts for a 1915cc engine that I am building. Many of these parts have been bought from aircooled.net. All of my experience with aircooled.net and John has been positive and helpful. I have emailed him several times with questions about carb jetting and other things and every time he has replied very quickly (usually within an hour or so) and has been very helpful.
Aircooled.net is the best supplier of my VW needs that I've found
And I just wasted about an hour reading all the junk at the beginning of this thread |

I too am one of hundreds that John has taken time out of his day to help for free! I (at the time) have never spent a dime at aircooled.net and he still helped a fellow vw addict many times. I am now a proud owner of a ACN SVDA and it is by far the best single part buy I have made since my engine build. It has fixed numerous problem I was having with my engine and could not be happier! Thank you John for your experience and your time. You have a life long customer.
JT
PS: there isn't another distributor out there for a progressive carb. I have 4 failures on the shelf to prove it. Just sorry it took me this long to learn. _________________ 1967 Daily Driver

| Ordered some engine internals from aircooled.net. Before I ever even placed the first order John had answered several questions for me about my potential engine build. I was on vacation when the parts were sent and I was unaware of a backordered item, only because I didn't have access to the internet, John/Stephanie did send a detailed email. I got back home, let them know what I wanted to do, and low and behold all of the parts arrived the SAME day, including the backordered part. The customer service and responses to my emails were quick and concise. I will be an aircooled.net customer in the future for sure. |

| Most everyone here knows how great Aircooled.Net products and service is. I recently ordered a dual carburetor kit from them and was informed the product was backordered. Aircooled informed me when the kit arrived, set up the carbs and got it in the mail right away. These folks are fantastic, they will have my business as long as I own a VW. |

Another order from aircooled.net. As always excellent customer service, fast delivery, and high quality parts. Why did I ever shop anywhere else? _________________ 1973 VW Karmann Ghia - 1679cc, Kadrons, MoFoCo 041's, Tri-Mil Euro, Interstate Battery, and a little rust.

My first experience with those guys was been absolutely positive.
Ordered a $600 in parts, many of these not in stock when ordered (and payed in advance); they correctly emailed me that there was the possibility to wait more than two weeks to have them back in stock.
Surprisly, they emailed me 4 days later that my order was shipped out that day.
Parts arrived in less than 8 days (I am in Italy).
Very well packed and most important, all the parts ordered were exactly the same i expected (and we know sometimes what we are talkin' about...)
I truly recommend John and his crew at Aircooled.net, they stands behind their business and customers.
Just email them instead of leave messages on Facebook, it is way better for them.
Antonio. |

Forgot to post feedback - got some suspension parts recently - knew that stuff wasnt in stock - they kept in contact with updates and verfiied if I wanted the entire order held to be shipped at once. Got everything in a reasonable timeframe. Parts were great and the price was fair. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1776.

Ordered what I consider to be alot$$$ of parts. An exhaust system is shipping seperately (no worries) and the rest of the parts got here quick...even with a holiday in the mix.
One part was incorrect vs. what I ordered. I called them, they investigated and made good with a great (customer friendly) solution!
Thank you Aircooled.net!

Ordered some Deves Rings and Total Seal quick seat powder, transaction was very good and charged shipping was less than checkout shipping.
Items arrived quickly in France and professionally packed.
Couldn't be happier!
Thanks John and all Aircooled.net team.

| Need to give two big thumbs up to the folks at ACN. I got back into Vdubs after 20+yrs and had a ton of questions. ACN answered them all and then some. Had the parts I wanted and got em to me when I needed them. Thank you ACN. |

With my recent order through aircooled.net, it was painless and handled professionally. John was kind enough to give me a military discount. I suggest you ask questions before you hit the submit button. John is very good at answering them and making sure you get what you need. _________________ Anthony

This is my third or fourth order thru aircooled.net's website.
I have ordered some rubber parts for my resto project and everything was packaged as it should - with soft protection around items.
We're talking about quality items from West coast metric and shiping from USA to Croatia in Europe.
Now I'm waiting to place my next order (even bigger than previous).
Regards,
Leo |
