|

I have four 6X15 alloys off of a 66 1912 I bought in the late '80s. Long since sold the car, but kept the wheels in storage since.
One nice condition, rash free, minor pitting, rock dings. Date 1/68. Ink-stamped numbers
Two average condition, minor curb rash, minor pitting, rock dings. Both dated 3/68.Also ink-stamped numbers
One good condition tiny rub rash, minor pitting. Raised numbers in the casting, fox logo. Dated 3/69.
see them at:
https://sites.google.com/a/csumb.edu/thingsforsale/home/genuine-oem-fuchs-alloys
and tell me what I should ask for a fair, but very fast sale.
I am against the wall and I need to unload at least one of them this weekend.
See the center caps? I could make them a sweetner . . .
Thanks for the help. |

$1200-$1600 would be fair if there's really no damage /as-is. They sell for anywhere from $250-$600 per wheel ...I think? I haven't watched the market much lately, but I have seen them for ALOT more- but it seems like the sellers that ask huge money are trying to 'trick' the market into thinking they're worth that much. But every time I see a set I'm pretty surprised at what they sell for. You could probably get more if if you aimed them at the right crowd, on the right day. _________________

Hmmmm... something doesn't seem right here. You know exactly what you have "deep six", "hearts" etc., but you don't know what they're worth? A quick look on eBay would give you your answer. Being a new member with only 1 post, I would say BUYER BEWARE.
I could be totally wrong too... _________________ Mike B.
