I am not, I haven't had the best luck using them in the past and I am certainly not doing anything that would warrant the need for one so I'll be going old school and running the oil slinger on the OT pulley.

Are those the welded cranks that DPR makes out of a stock crank? They always balance and run nice,
the work is top shelf. I've never had a problem with any DPR welded stroker crank.

I also agree that the crankshafts coming out of Jose's DPR shop are top notch quality! My "Personal" machinest is
just as good and known him for about 25 years now. Never had any issues. Cheers! Mr. Okrasa Laughing

Hi Paul,

I usually sand seal these "big" stroker engine blocks only at the customers request or if I believe it is going to be used at a consistant high RPM use. In this particular case, the owner is going to use a cast iron pulley and when these pulleys are cut for the sand seal, they get "thin" around the neck and actually had a couple of them fracture already. Cheers! Mr. Okrasa Cool

Steve wanted to change directions with the supplied W.West 6mm fuel line to the original 8mm Okrasa type as used on my engines. The fuel line supplied in the W.West kit uses 10mm banjo/6mm fuel line. As per original Okrasa, the line should be 12mm banjo/8mm fuel line. The carbs in the W.West kit dont allow to use the larger/original Okrasa fuel line UNLESS they are machined at the fuel inlet connection. I made up some tooling so I can "modify" the carb tops to original 12mm fuel inlet specifications. Now you can run the original looking Okrasa 8mm fuel line and give your engine an "original Okrasa" look rather than an aftermarked/reproduction look. Enjoy photos! Mr. Okrasa Cool

Thanks for the compliment, Joe is truly a master in the art of vintage engine building. I plan to run the Abarth exhaust which Joe says he will modify to fit the wider apart heads due to the stroker setup.

Are the 12 MM banjos the size used on the glass filters? If so where does one get them I have been holding back picking up a glass filter as I heard it was VERY hard to find the fittings.
