Wow, his imminent death only took what, 2 more years? How much time did the people in the jet have after the explosion and they were falling to their deaths? Two minutes? _________________ OK Thang

Pretty sure, on that Terminal Island/Big Willie newscast, the red Beetle going up against the '33 Willys pickup was none other than VW Street Racing great "Spoke" Mc Clendon...Spoke was THE guy to beat in his VW...in the 1/8th mile, hardly anybody stood a chance against him, by the time the front engine rear wheel drive cars got through with their wheel spin, traction bar and spring windup, and other starting line stuff, by the time the American iron actually got moving forward, usually, ol' Spoke was already clutching for 3rd... hard to beat in the 1/8 mile !!! _________________ 2003 Samba Chummie Winner- Best Story

If he's dead at all.
In Libya it's possible that his "spiriting away" was quite a lot more secular, as in a new identity. Scotland really shot themselves in the foot by releasing him.

That sucks. I wasn't a huge disco fan (kinda fun in a quirky way) but the brothers really could throw down some tracks. Great harmony and chord structure.
