We'll be on high ground, so we should be good if a storm blows in.
I am more worried about my T-34. Wink

I got caught in a hail storm last night in the square. No damage but it sounded like the end of the world.

Thankfully no damage. At least it wasn't the recently painted Ghia.
Was it as bad up your way as it was at the mall?

Joe, you can store your tools in the Suburban once you get to the campground, or we can all jump into the Suburban... Laughing

Nope. Just rain at my house. Plus we are on top of a hill so no flooding.

Joe, if you want to caravan with me, I can wait to leave a bit later, or do you want to head up I-25 all the way?

I'd like to caravan with you but I don't want to hold you up. I have the time off and everything is set, I'm coming no matter what -- but the GF's boss wont clear the days she requested off until the week of, and so they might make her work that morning or something and then I'd have to change when I was thinking of leaving and then that would cascade on to complicate your plans and so I really don't want to complicate your trip unnecessarily. My guess is we'll take I-25 all the way, I planned on getting out of Las Cruces no later than 1, so I'd hopefully arrive at the campground with enough light left to pitch the tent. On the other hand if my GF's boss is a dick and doesn't give her the time off, I could leave earlier in the morning.

anyway long story short, I really appreciate the offer but I'm a chaotic PITA and I'll just hold you up. Laughing

My reply, "Sorry, already bought tickets..." I've done that on a couple of jobs. Sorry man, that does suck.

So, what is a quick run down of the events? Or do I need to read back through 38 pages. Sorry for not keeping up on this event. Sounds like fun, hope to attend.
