I will be doing the paint work. I am having some troubles with the carbie that is on Boris. I have heard that the progestive carby is a better way to go instead of twin weber style. Less stuffing around trying to get the things to stay in tune together. I am a holden man and had my time with tripple webbers and hated every day of it that is why i would like to go progresive carbie...... it you guys are interested here is a link to my sons car that I have not long finished.
But I am very open to your thoughts on these cars

that HQ is incredible, excellent work. Have you started a thread on aussieveedubbers.com.au you will get a lot more response there and local suppliers advice etc. BTW have featured this thread on my facebook page. _________________ Visit my VW facebook page Streetwise Aircooled Volksagens

Princess and I went out and done some more today. We attacked the interior ........HA HA
Have got to love it when a girl has a go and loving it. Nothing better than learning how to swing tools either she might put some males to shame one day
We are going to rebuild this to not happy the way it has been done. Just the old stezza installer coming out in me
Once we pulled the dash pad off we decided that we will leave it off and go with the older style dash face. It looks alot cleaner
Not to bad for a couple of more hours work |
