Look at the nose and the other body panels in the picture link. It's just cracking out from under the paint.

Oh, it was just a 13-window that's been posted on here about 8 or so times. The ad mentions that the bus is green and white at least 5 times!

It isn't a high hinge either. Correct me if I am wrong but a 60 should be high hinge. Despite all of the mods to this bus, I find it very unlikely that a person would intentionally change hinges. I'd venture to guess that his is 61 or later.
