Anybody have a set by step vid of how to do this? or maybe just a good heads up, I have a 72 standard that needs a little height for my new tires. Do i adjust it on both sides (inside/outside of each bar) ? or just the inside splines on each side of the car? any tips on this would be great.. I have my protractor ready |

Question- If my spring plates are about 1/4" from hitting the lower stops on my IRS buggy. Am I at maximum height and would I be able to raise it anymore to address a severe negative camber issue I am having which is wearing out the inside of the tires? |

At that position I would suspect the camber would be pretty much correct for tire wear.... But yes you can add more preload which puts more down pressure on suspension ....
IRS generally does not have much in camber issues unlike swingaxle because tires move pretty straight up and down (but yes there is a bit if a arc)... Have you use tools to measure camber when buggy is parked to see what actual state of camber rear wheels are in.... Tire wear may be something different then camber, it could also be from sever toe out of rear wheels....

No, I have not used tools to measure it but I can stand directly behind the rail and see I have a lot of negative camber. |

A lifted IRS with stock parts will have some positive camber. If you're close to the stops and you have negative camber, then your trailing arm may be bent. Stock arms will bend pretty easy if they're not boxed. |
