www.books4cars.com has a used Autopress manual for a 411, that I'll bet nobody here has?

You lose Wink

Had one for years, not a bad manual, but it is still nice to have other manuals lying about to cover what it doesn't.

Okay, well I have squat. I'm just starting out with my 412. Any personal preference/ opinion on a decent manual to get.

I have a prolifery of manuals the cover various aspects of a T4. I kind of pick and choose between them as required. The Haynes and Autopress probably are on par with each other. The paper quality of the Autopress is the better of the two. I find both the Bay Window and Vanagon Bentleys helpful as well. The Bay Window has a lot of overlap with the T4 and the Vanagon has quite a few upgraded torque specs and such for very similar or often identical parts.

I just did a search I was able to find the Haynes one on books4cars. I'll get that one for starters. Thank you.

One of the manuals I have is Peter RD Russek Repair Guide for Volkswagen 411 and 412. It is a glove box sized book but has an amazing amount of info in it. Lots of numbers; tolerance, torques, valve seat angles, etc.
